My Abs and Bottom Had Better be Shaping Up!

So I'm taking this class the fitness center. It is called TEAM Fitness. The purpose of the class is to build lean muscle mass and reduce body fat. It runs for 12 weeks and we are in week 9 this week. Well, I guess the exercises that Jenna (the trainer for the class) made us do the other night were a little bit different because my high abs are super sore and so is my bottom, right where it is attached to my legs. Consequently, every time I move around to do something I feel the soreness and I am not very happy--even though it means that I should be shaping up.
