I apologize that this is not the best photo, but my "craft" room is fairly small and I was pressed as far back on the opposite wall as I could go. This is what my "bookshelf" looks like so far. I still have a bunch of stuff to go through and find spots for.... Tonight, I was discussing with my husband the possible need for another shelf...same style, just smaller (2x4) that would fit on the other side of the room.
This room is weird because it has a sort-of "window seat"/shelf along the outer wall. The man who lived here prior to us extended the front of the house but not the foundation and everything... so on the outer wall, to the one side of the window, I have just enough space for another shelving unit. You'll see what I mean when I get it, have it set up, and take some photos!
This is it for now:

Wow, extreme organization, it looks fantastic, love the shelf! You have a lot of yarn, how exciting! Oh and BTW, I see a bit of a quilt in the corner, would love to see more of it, looks yummy! :)
It is a quilt you see, unfortunately it is store bought. My uncle gave it to us for Christmas and it is great because it perfectly matches the paint in the bedroom.
Yes, there is a lot of yarn there...and that isn't even all of it. Unfortunately it's a sort-of "eyes are bigger than my stomach effect"....I have lots of great ideas and want to make tons of gifts....then I realize my little fingers can't work that fast!
I think we all do that. It does look great - I love it.
