Luckily, the dog doesn't mind all of this snow!
School was cancelled today and it is already cancelled for tomorrow. That's a good thing, because I haven't accomplished anything today except cleaning the shower, taking a shower, eating lunch, and taking a nap :-) Of course, I still have the evening.
P.S. I forgot to say that we got about 15 or 16 inches of snow, I think. Definitely the most snow that we have had at one time in ages! They even closed Chicago Public Schools for the day, which they almost never do. I think I heard that the last time they took a snow day was 1998!

Love the picture of your pup! Sure doesn't seem to mind the snow at all.
That is a wild stat about Chicago - they must be awesome at the snow removal biz - goodness knows we aren't.

LOL the only thing I accomplished was playing in the snow (for the first time with my 2 yr old), and finishing a little sewing project. I'm hoping to be off work tomorrow... whats the sense of keeping a used bookstore open when no one should be on the roads? lol. Here's hoping! We have about a 4 ft. drift covering our entire (fenced in) back yard. It looks awesome, but I'm sure the landlords won't be happy if it ends up flooding the basement when it melts!
