A Baby Bib

Admitedly, this is not the best photo in the world. I was just so happy to be finished with this bib that I couldn't wait until tomorrow when the light would be better to take a photo. I attempted to get one of the cats to model it for me, but that was a disaster (not very surprising, I guess).

This is for my niece. I am thinking I will wait and give it to her for an Easter gift. Just a little something. I was even thrifty and used a button that I already had! I have a small tin of buttons that I inherited after my grandma passed away...and they are just waiting to be used! Most of them are boring buttons that were cut off of old flannel shirts and such, but there are a few cool ones in there.

I love that you used a thrifty button, and the bib is simply darling! It's awesome that a simple little project can be so adorable. Where did you get the pattern? I just met a gal yesterday who is brand new to knitting and I think she'd love a project like that. Very cute.

I had to think a minute to figure out where I had found it! I found it on the knitting help.com website under the pattern section...in the misc. children's patterns. It is very easy, for sure and doesn't take too much time, either.
